Flushing Instructions Included In Outboard Manual
Most new Outboard engines have the flushing port as typical equipment. However majority of us don't really understand the difference between the flushing ports of the different Outboard engines. Here, I will give you 3 engine examples.
The Honda Outboard manual states: "Thoroughly clean and flush the outboard motor with fresh water after operation in dirty water or salt water." Honda recommends making use of the flush port connector on the side of the engine for flushing and the emergency-stop switch clip be removed so there is no possibility of the engine starting while you're near the propeller.
The Honda flushing directions are easy. First remove the port connector, then attach the garden hose to the flush port connector, turn the water on and let it flow through the engine for 10 minutes at the least. After you flushed the engine, remove the garden hose and reconnect the port connector.
For Suzuki Outboard owners, there are two methods to flush your engine. First, procure an ear-muff style flusher and second, make use of the flush-plug adaptor on the tail of the engine cowling. With the ear-muff style flusher, Suzuki suggests turning the garden hose on to get enough water to flow so that plenty of excess water flows out from around the rubber cups. It's best to remove the propeller before turning on the engine at idle speed for several minutes and then turn the engine off and disconnect the hose and flusher.
With the flush-plug adaptor, simply disconnect it and install the garden hose into that port and turn the water on. You don't have to start the engine but simply let the water flow for at least five minutes. Detach the hose and attach the plug when you're finished. It's easier and safer than making use of the first method.
The flushing instruction of Yamaha Outboard states: "Perform this procedure right after operation for the most thorough flushing." and "after shutting off the engine, unscrew the garden hose connector from the fitting on the bottom cowling." Connect the garden hose, turn on the water, and let it flow for 15 minutes. The Yamaha Outboard manual gives a warning: "CAUTION: Do not perform this procedure while the engine is running. The water pump may be damaged and severe damage from overheating can result."
To thoroughly understand your Outboard engine including its flushing instructions, take time to read your owner's manual if you still have it. If you don't, then you could always find a replacement online or with your local dealer. You'll be shocked of the many things you haven't known about your beloved Outboard machine.

how to make peanut butter using a Bamix immersion blender and the drywet attachment?
I was trying to make peanut butter in the drywet grinder attachment, it says in the manual it turns peanuts into peanut butter but all I got is fine grounded nuts and not butter, I was wondering what is wrong? at certain point the blade would not continue to grind the nut particles more into the necessary buttery form...
also I was trying to make tahini(sesame seed pate) from raw sesame seeds but again it only cut the seeds to small particles without extracting the oil from them, what should I change?

thanks, I already tired that, the result was small particles of nuts coated with oil and swimming in oily liquid but it didnt turn into paste or butter unfortunately
With peanut butter, you will probably want to add a bit of peanut oil to get it into paste form (not buttery form). If you do not have peanut oil, a neutral vegetable oil will work too.
With tahini, you should add a bit of sesame oil or soybean oil.
