Setting goals is all good and well but as we all know, they don't run on autopilot do they? So we have to develop a way of tracking our goals to make sure that we maintain to do what we said we would.
REVIEW YOUR GOALS YEARLY, MONTHLY AND WEEKLY
At regular intervals you need to set goals to make sure that your daily tasks are in alignment with the goals you've set yourself. Have a yearly review where you set your goals for the next year and then chunk them down. In your weekly review, set three really important tasks that you must accomplish each day.
GET YOUR GOAL RELATED TASKS SCHEDULED AND COMPLETE EARLY
IF you get your goal related tasks finished early then you can rest mentally, safe in the fact that youve done what you had to do and you wont have that dreaded feeling all day that you have not done what you said you were going to. Also this can be useful to people trying to start a business and who are continuing at their day job.
MAKE A JOURNAL OF YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS SO FAR
You can look back in this book and see how long it took you to achieve X and will remind you of how great it felt. As well as being a great tracking tool, theses can be very motivating.
TELL SOMEONE, IN DETAIL, YOUR GOALS
Tell someone your goals and they can remind you at certain times what you have done. It motivates you also as you do not want to disappoint your friends because you may then be ridiculed. If you visit this person, you will feel motivated to do your daily tasks as you know it will come up in conversation somewhere!
THE MOST ESSENTIAL POINT: Have a good goal setting system. All the organisation is great, but if your foundation is poor then you will ultimately not succeed.

How do you set up three monitors on a PC?
I have a client who wants to set up a three monitor set up. I'm familiar with dual monitors, but how does he set up three monitors? Does he need a new graphics card from ATI and/or Nvidia? thanks.
The three monitors are one big "desktop" area as opposed to three mirrors.
Set up three the same way you set up two, but you use two video cards instead of one.
