Shoulder pain when arm stuck out to side and rotated?
My shoulder hurts when I stick it straight out to the side and rotate it forward. It is most likely because of the yard work I've been doing (hard raking). The pain feels "deep".

What is the European & candadian take on the difference between Democrats and Republicans?
I'd be interested in hearing the opinion of any Europeans. Canadians , Brits and aussies- and what do you think of the differences between the values of the american Democrat and Republican parties? In America, people tend to think of the Republicans as right wing, and the Democrats as left wing. A good friend from Holland tells me both parties are right wing by European standards- is this true?
I can't speak for Europeans, but Canadians usually just equate the Republicans and Democrats with our own existing political parties. The Republicans we equate with our conservative party, the Democrats with our Liberal Party.
By our standards obviously the Republicans are right wing, and the Democrats are kind of middle of right and left (like our Liberal Party). We definitley don't equate Democrats with being left wing though, that's solely for the realm of socialists, and the Democrat platform is definitley not socialist like the NDP for example.
I think it's really just a matter of domestic politics we're all used to. In the United STates socialism is a bad word, whereas in Canada it's tolerated and in some European countries its even encouraged, so I think the domestic politics kind of skews our views of American political parties a little bit.

How to write, publish and sell a manual of what you already know
Today there are hundreds of enterprising men and women who write articles simple search (known in the industry to self-publish and manual) and sell them by mail.
In the article Next, I'll show you how you can do the same. I'll show you how to select a theme, how to research, write, how print, and how to sell.
I'll show you four ways to sell it.
If you are new to the sale of books, I will show that a the four forms is best for you. That said, I hope you read the following carefully and well.
There is no catch. I have nothing to sell you (unless you want to read some of the other books I wrote).
I hope the following information can be a real advantage for you.

What exactly is a manual?
A manual can be called a booklet, brochure, report, newsletter, guide, instruction manual, a plan, a manuscript, etc.
A manual is just an easy to understand report that shows the reader "how to" do something you do not already know.
Most textbooks show the reader ... How to start or develop a hobby, how to develop new skills or qualities starting a new business or expanding an old one, How to prepare for a new career How to earn or save money, how to solve personal problems, how to spend free time.
A well-written manual is authoritarian, actually, and very useful. It must be written in simple, easy to understand.
It can be anything from a two-page report photocopied a printed book and connected professionally in a hardcover.
People who buy books by mail are interested in information they contain. They rarely pay attention to what brand of paper information is written.
What kind of books are now sold by mail?
Pick up any magazine at a news stand that carries ads and ads will be written by people who sell their books by mail.

If you can produce a "How To" manual that is new, interesting and really useful, you can do what the advertisers above did. You can print and sell it by mail!
What should you write?
You should write:
* Only subjects that really interest you, and * on the topics you know something.
For example, if you like the kitchen, preparing a manual cooking.
If people like the first textbook that buy from you, they will buy other books in the future, we have provided the theme base.
If you write about a subject that really do not care much who is bored to death when they reach their third book.
Ask yourself - what do I do with my free time? A manual on it!
How to study the manual?
Become a expert on the subject!
Talk to your friends and neighbors. Ask questions. Read books, newspapers and magazines on the subject. Ask your librarian suggestions. When reading, take notes on everything. After reading everything you can put your hands, sit down and study your notes. Learn more slowly and carefully. Then set the notes aside and think of all the theme of a day or two. You'll be surprised how your mind to do with the subject if it has been carefully studied. How do you write?
Here is a tip from a professional writer.
To sit and pretend it's someone who knows absolutely nothing about it.
Write a couple of questions a person may apply. Then write in your own words, the answers to five questions.
Do not try to be literary!
When finished, set aside for a day or two. Then re-read with a red pencil, crossing all unnecessary words and phrases, inserting a new item here and there.
Rewrite the whole thing, and you will be surprised to discover that the manual is ready for publication!
How to print?
Type it as clearly as possible on the writing of white A4 paper. The Single, leaving two lines between each paragraph.

2. Advertisements for research.

If you wrote a manual on how to get your invention Patented can buy a list of amateur inventors, and send marketing materials to each individual list.
If you're lucky, you sell the manual about one in twenty-five.
Direct mail can be very effective for the operators of mail order, but it is generally too expensive for the beginner.
It can easily cost more than two hundred fifty thousand dollars for each shipment of letters.
4. Sell Through agents.
If you're ready to sell your hand in small quantities in bulk, or are willing to leave the ship to distributors mail, then you can find it the most effective way to market books.

I need to find information on my 40's-50's Maytag Dutch Oven Gas Range?
I have a 40's to 50's Maytag Dutch Oven gas range that I need to change to propane, and I'm having hell finding a manual or instructions on how to do so. The serial number is U 764406, Model is 24A-04...I called Maytag and they cant find it (because the way they do their serial numbers has changed since it was made), the phone operator suggested emailing them...I've done that, and I've searched all over the internet...I can find a cookbook, but not a instructions manual. Can anyone help?
